Method:
1. Boil 300ml of water, add 100gm sugar and 1 can 400ml of evaporated milk.
2. Turn off the flame. Pour in Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder. Stir for 5 minutes.
3. Add fruit sugar and mix well.
4. Pour into moulds.
5. Set in refrigerator.
Cara Masakan:
1. Didihkan 300ml air, 100gm gula dan 1 tin (400ml) susu cair.
2. Padamkam api. Campurkan kandungan dadih. Kacau 5 minit.
3. Masukkan Gula Buah-buahan kacau hingga rata.
4. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan.
5. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk.
